These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of real estate photography and videography services by [SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES] (“we,” “our,” or “us”) in India. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer professional real estate photography and videography services, including but not limited to:
- Interior and exterior property photography.
- Video tours and promotional video creation.
- Post-production editing, including enhancements and corrections.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Changes or cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations.
- Properties must be prepared and staged before the photographer/videographer arrives. Delays caused by unprepared properties may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
- On-site time limit applies (30 minutes to 90 minutes) to each appointment depending on the weather, property size, etc.
3. Access to Property
- The client or their authorized representative must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
- We are not responsible for securing the property after the session; it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is secured.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until payment is received in full.
5. Ownership and Licensing
- We retain the copyright to all photos and videos created.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the media for the marketing and sale of the property. Reuse of media for other properties or purposes requires prior approval and may incur additional fees.
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the media is prohibited.
6. Drone Services
- All drone operations are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations.
- Drone services are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and other safety considerations.
7. Post-Production
- Standard editing is included in the service price. Additional editing requests may incur extra charges.
- We will provide proofs for review, and minor adjustments are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we are not responsible for unforeseen issues such as weather conditions or technical malfunctions that may affect the session.
- In the event of reshoots due to our error, they will be provided at no additional cost.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee.
- Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or delivered media.
10. Governing Law

- Drone footage editing
- Color correction & color grading
- Motion graphics
- Text overlays
- Logo animations
- Royalty-free background music
- Audio enhancement
- Subtitle generation
- Thumbnail design (if included in the selected package)
Services are limited to those specifically mentioned in the accepted quotation or invoice.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide all required footage, logos, branding assets, and instructions before editing begins.
- Ensure all uploaded content is legally owned or licensed.
- Verify spelling of names, addresses, pricing, and property information before final approval.
- Respond to revision requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect delivery schedules.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery begins after:
- Full payment (or agreed advance payment) is received, and
- All required files have been successfully received.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:
- Project complexity
- Volume of footage
- Revision requests
- Public holidays
- Technical issues beyond reasonable control
4. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation:
- Up to two (2) minor revisions are included.
- Additional revisions are billed separately.
- Major changes after editing has begun (new storyline, replacing footage, changing style, adding new scenes, etc.) will be treated as a new project or additional work.
Revision requests should be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
5. Rush Orders
Projects requiring expedited delivery may incur additional rush fees depending on project size and requested turnaround time.
Acceptance of rush projects is subject to editor availability.
6. Client Footage
The Client retains ownership of all original footage.
DesigngridStudios does not claim ownership of client-provided media.
The Client confirms they have all necessary rights and permissions to use the supplied content.
7. Copyright Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for:
- Property ownership permissions
- Music licenses (unless provided by DesigngridStudios)
- Drone permissions
- People appearing in videos
- Logos
- Images
- Third-party content
The Client agrees to indemnify DesigngridStudios against any copyright or legal claims arising from supplied materials.
8. Music & Stock Assets
Where included:
DesigngridStudios may use:
- Licensed royalty-free music
- Licensed stock footage
- Licensed sound effects
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, ownership of these licenses remains subject to the respective provider’s licensing terms.
9. Final Delivery
Final edited videos will generally be delivered in MP4 (H.264) format unless another format has been agreed.
Project files (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.) are not included unless specifically purchased.
10. File Storage
Completed projects are normally stored for up to 30 days after final delivery.
After this period, DesigngridStudios may permanently delete project files without notice.
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files.
11. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:
- International invoices are payable in advance.
- Editing work begins only after payment confirmation.
- Outstanding balances must be cleared before final files are delivered.
Clients are responsible for any applicable international transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion costs.
12. No Refund After Editing Begins
Due to the creative and customized nature of video editing services:
- Payments become non-refundable once editing work has commenced.
- Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the applicable Refund Policy.
13. Quality Expectations
Editing style is based upon:
- Client references
- Industry standards
- Creative judgment
- Agreed project requirements
Minor stylistic differences do not constitute defective work.
14. Communication
Official project communication should take place through mutually agreed channels such as:
- Other approved project management platforms
Verbal instructions may require written confirmation before implementation.
15. Confidentiality
DesigngridStudios will treat all client footage and project information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except where necessary for project completion or as required by law.
16. Portfolio Rights
Unless the Client specifically requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins, DesigngridStudios may showcase completed work in its:
- Portfolio
- Website
- Social media
- Marketing materials
- Awards submissions
Clients requesting complete confidentiality must notify DesigngridStudios before work starts.
17. Limitation of Liability
DesigngridStudios shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Loss of business
- Loss of profits
- Missed marketing opportunities
- Delayed property sales
- Platform algorithm changes
- Social media performance
- Listing performance
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
18. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

19. Governing Law

1. Services
DesigngridStudios provides creative content services including, but not limited to:
- Promotional videos
- Social media reels and shorts
- Corporate videos
- Brand videos
- Product videos
- Image creation
- Social media post designs
- Marketing creatives
- Carousel posts
- Motion graphics
- Promotional banners
- Digital advertisements
- Infographics
- AI-assisted creative content
- Copywriting for posts
- Thumbnail design
- Basic logo placement and branding
The exact deliverables shall be those mentioned in the accepted quotation, proposal, invoice, or work order.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information, logos, brand guidelines, product details, photographs, videos, property details, or any required materials.
- Ensure that all submitted materials are owned by the Client or legally licensed.
- Review drafts promptly.
- Approve or request revisions within the agreed timeframe.
- Verify all facts, pricing, contact details, website URLs, addresses, and spellings before approving final content.
DesigngridStudios shall not be responsible for inaccuracies contained in information supplied by the Client.
3. Creative Direction
Unless specific brand guidelines are provided:
- DesigngridStudios will exercise professional creative judgment regarding layouts, typography, colors, animations, transitions, music, and editing style.
- The Client acknowledges that creative services involve subjective artistic interpretation.
- Final work may vary slightly from reference examples while maintaining the agreed concept.
4. Project Timeline
Estimated delivery begins only after:
- Receipt of all required materials,
- Confirmation of project scope, and
- Receipt of payment or agreed advance payment.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Project complexity
- Client response delays
- Additional revision requests
- Technical issues
- Public holidays
- Force majeure events
5. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated:
- Up to two (2) minor revisions are included.
Minor revisions include:
- Text corrections
- Color adjustments
- Font changes

The following constitute additional work:

- Complete redesign

8. Copyright of Creative Work
Upon full payment:
- The Client receives the right to use the final approved deliverables for their intended business purposes.
- DesigngridStudios retains ownership of all working files, drafts, source files, editable project files, templates, design systems, internal assets, workflows, and production methodologies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Editable source files (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, Canva, etc.) are not included unless specifically purchased.
9. AI-Assisted Content
DesigngridStudios may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with:
- Image generation
- Background removal
- Script drafting
- Copywriting
- Content ideation
- Voice enhancement
- Caption generation
- Design assistance
All AI-assisted content is reviewed and refined by human designers before delivery.
10. Stock Assets
Where applicable, DesigngridStudios may use:
- Licensed stock photos
- Licensed videos
- Royalty-free music
- Sound effects
- Icons
- Fonts
Usage remains subject to the original licensing terms of the respective providers.
11. Social Media Publishing
Unless specifically included in the service package:
- Uploading content to social media platforms is not included.
- Hashtag research, SEO optimization, community management, advertising, boosting, and campaign management are separate services.
12. Client Review Responsibility
The Client is responsible for reviewing all content before publication, including:
- Grammar
- Spelling
- Dates
- Prices
- Contact information
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- URLs
- Property specifications
- Product specifications
- Legal disclaimers
DesigngridStudios is not responsible for errors approved by the Client.
13. File Storage
Completed project files are generally retained for 30 days after final delivery.
After this period, DesigngridStudios may permanently delete project files without prior notice.
Clients should maintain their own backups.
14. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:
- International projects require advance payment before work begins.
- Final deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding invoices have been paid.
- Clients are responsible for any applicable international bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, or payment gateway charges.
15. Cancellation

17. Portfolio Rights

- Portfolio
- Website

- Client presentations

18. Confidentiality

These Terms & Conditions govern the publication of property-related content submitted by clients for display on the Great Real Estate Properties by SAMAARAA Instagram account, YouTube channel, and any associated digital platforms operated by DesigngridStudios (SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES).
1. Service Scope
DesigngridStudios offers content publishing services that may include:
- Publishing property videos on the Great Real Estate Properties by SAMAARAA YouTube channel.
- Publishing property reels and videos on the Great Real Estate Properties by SAMAARAA Instagram account.
- Publishing property images, carousel posts, and promotional creatives.
- Writing or editing SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, and keywords.
- Basic thumbnail optimization (if included).
- Scheduling content for publication.
- Sharing property information provided by the Client.
Publication is limited to the services specified in the accepted quotation or invoice.
2. Editorial Discretion
DesigngridStudios reserves the sole right to:
- Approve or reject any property submission.
- Edit titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, thumbnails, or metadata.
- Modify formatting for platform optimization.
- Decide the publication date and time.
- Remove or refuse content that does not meet quality, legal, ethical, or branding standards.
Submission of content does not guarantee publication.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide:
- Accurate property information.
- Correct pricing and availability.
- High-quality photographs and videos (where applicable).
- Contact details for enquiries.
- Required approvals from the property owner or authorized representative.
- Any legally required disclosures.
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all submitted information.
4. Property Ownership & Authorization
By submitting content, the Client represents and warrants that:
- They own the property or are duly authorized by the owner, developer, builder, broker, or agency to promote it.
- They have permission to use all photographs, videos, drone footage, logos, floor plans, and marketing materials submitted.
- Publication will not infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
DesigngridStudios may request proof of authorization at its discretion.
5. Accuracy of Listings
The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of:
- Property specifications.
- Pricing.
- Availability.
- Dimensions.
- Amenities.
- Location.
- Contact information.
- Regulatory approvals.
- Legal status of the property.
DesigngridStudios does not independently verify listing information.
6. No Brokerage or Agency Relationship
DesigngridStudios and the Great Real Estate Properties by SAMAARAA platforms act solely as a content publishing and promotional service.
Unless expressly agreed in writing:
- DesigngridStudios is not acting as a real estate broker, agent, consultant, intermediary, or representative.
- DesigngridStudios does not negotiate property transactions.
- DesigngridStudios does not collect brokerage or commissions on behalf of the Client.
- Any transaction occurs directly between the Client and prospective buyers, tenants, or investors.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Publication on the SAMAARAA platforms does not guarantee:
- Sale of the property.
- Rental or lease of the property.
- Buyer enquiries.
- Investor interest.
- Increased website traffic.
- Higher social media engagement.
- Specific numbers of views, subscribers, followers, or leads.
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond DesigngridStudios’ control.
8. Publishing Schedule
Content will generally be published according to DesigngridStudios’ editorial calendar.
Publication dates may change due to:
- Content queue.
- Campaign priorities.
- Platform issues.
- Technical difficulties.
- Public holidays.
- Editorial decisions.
9. Content Modifications
For optimization purposes, DesigngridStudios may:
- Shorten descriptions.
- Improve grammar.

- Crop thumbnails.

Such edits will not materially misrepresent the property.
10. Removal of Content

11. Copyright
The Client retains ownership of all original content submitted.
By submitting content, the Client grants DesigngridStudios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Publish,
- Display,
- Promote,
- Distribute, and
- Archive
the submitted content on the Great Real Estate Properties by SAMAARAA social media channels and related marketing platforms for the agreed promotional purpose.
This license continues until the content is removed from active publication, except where archival copies or backups are retained for operational purposes.
12. Third-Party Platform Policies
The Client acknowledges that:
- YouTube
- Other social media platforms
operate under their own community guidelines, policies, algorithms, and advertising rules.
DesigngridStudios is not responsible for:
- Reduced reach.
- Removal by the platform.
- Account restrictions.
- Demonetization.
- Algorithm changes.
- Platform outages.
13. Confidential Information
The Client should not submit confidential information intended to remain private.
Only information intended for public marketing should be provided for publication.
14. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Publishing services require advance payment.
- Publication may be delayed until payment has been confirmed.
- Any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, international bank fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the Client.
15. Cancellation
If the Client requests cancellation after publication work has commenced, fees for completed services remain payable.
Published content may not be immediately removable if already indexed, shared, cached, or distributed by third-party platforms.
16. Limitation of Liability
DesigngridStudios shall not be liable for:
- Failed property transactions.
- Incorrect information supplied by the Client.
- Lost business opportunities.
- Loss of profits.
- Reduced social media performance.
- Platform algorithm changes.
- Removal by social media platforms.
- Decisions made by prospective buyers or tenants.
The maximum liability of DesigngridStudios shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the relevant publishing service.
17. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DesigngridStudios, SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES, and their employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

- Copyright infringement.

18. Force Majeure

These Terms & Conditions govern the publication of property-related content submitted by clients for display on the Great Real Estate Properties by SAMAARAA Instagram account, YouTube channel, and any associated digital platforms operated by DesigngridStudios (SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES).
1. Service Scope
DesigngridStudios offers content publishing services that may include:
- Publishing property videos on the Great Real Estate Properties by SAMAARAA YouTube channel.
- Publishing property reels and videos on the Great Real Estate Properties by SAMAARAA Instagram account.
- Publishing property images, carousel posts, and promotional creatives.
- Writing or editing SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, and keywords.
- Basic thumbnail optimization (if included).
- Scheduling content for publication.
- Sharing property information provided by the Client.
Publication is limited to the services specified in the accepted quotation or invoice.
2. Editorial Discretion
DesigngridStudios reserves the sole right to:
- Approve or reject any property submission.
- Edit titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, thumbnails, or metadata.
- Modify formatting for platform optimization.
- Decide the publication date and time.
- Remove or refuse content that does not meet quality, legal, ethical, or branding standards.
Submission of content does not guarantee publication.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide:
- Accurate property information.
- Correct pricing and availability.
- High-quality photographs and videos (where applicable).
- Contact details for enquiries.
- Required approvals from the property owner or authorized representative.
- Any legally required disclosures.
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all submitted information.
4. Property Ownership & Authorization
By submitting content, the Client represents and warrants that:
- They own the property or are duly authorized by the owner, developer, builder, broker, or agency to promote it.
- They have permission to use all photographs, videos, drone footage, logos, floor plans, and marketing materials submitted.
- Publication will not infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
DesigngridStudios may request proof of authorization at its discretion.
5. Accuracy of Listings
The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of:
- Property specifications.
- Pricing.
- Availability.
- Dimensions.
- Amenities.
- Location.
- Contact information.
- Regulatory approvals.
- Legal status of the property.
DesigngridStudios does not independently verify listing information.
6. No Brokerage or Agency Relationship
DesigngridStudios and the Great Real Estate Properties by SAMAARAA platforms act solely as a content publishing and promotional service.
Unless expressly agreed in writing:
- DesigngridStudios is not acting as a real estate broker, agent, consultant, intermediary, or representative.
- DesigngridStudios does not negotiate property transactions.
- DesigngridStudios does not collect brokerage or commissions on behalf of the Client.
- Any transaction occurs directly between the Client and prospective buyers, tenants, or investors.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Publication on the SAMAARAA platforms does not guarantee:
- Sale of the property.
- Rental or lease of the property.
- Buyer enquiries.
- Investor interest.
- Increased website traffic.
- Higher social media engagement.
- Specific numbers of views, subscribers, followers, or leads.
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond DesigngridStudios’ control.
8. Publishing Schedule
Content will generally be published according to DesigngridStudios’ editorial calendar.
Publication dates may change due to:
- Content queue.
- Campaign priorities.
- Platform issues.
- Technical difficulties.
- Public holidays.
- Editorial decisions.
9. Content Modifications
For optimization purposes, DesigngridStudios may:
- Shorten descriptions.
- Improve grammar.
- Rewrite captions.
- Optimize SEO keywords.
- Adjust hashtags.
- Crop thumbnails.
- Resize images.
- Edit video length where necessary.
Such edits will not materially misrepresent the property.
10. Removal of Content
DesigngridStudios reserves the right to remove or suspend published content at any time if:
- The property is sold, leased, or no longer available.
- The Client requests removal (subject to applicable fees, if any).
- Legal concerns arise.
- Copyright infringement is alleged.
- Platform policies require removal.
- False or misleading information is discovered.
- Continued publication may expose DesigngridStudios to legal or reputational risk.
11. Copyright
The Client retains ownership of all original content submitted.
By submitting content, the Client grants DesigngridStudios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Publish,
- Display,
- Promote,
- Distribute, and
- Archive
the submitted content on the Great Real Estate Properties by SAMAARAA social media channels and related marketing platforms for the agreed promotional purpose.
This license continues until the content is removed from active publication, except where archival copies or backups are retained for operational purposes.
12. Third-Party Platform Policies
The Client acknowledges that:
- YouTube
- Other social media platforms
operate under their own community guidelines, policies, algorithms, and advertising rules.
DesigngridStudios is not responsible for:
- Reduced reach.
- Removal by the platform.
- Account restrictions.
- Demonetization.
- Algorithm changes.
- Platform outages.
13. Confidential Information
The Client should not submit confidential information intended to remain private.
Only information intended for public marketing should be provided for publication.
14. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Publishing services require advance payment.
- Publication may be delayed until payment has been confirmed.
- Any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, international bank fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the Client.
15. Cancellation
If the Client requests cancellation after publication work has commenced, fees for completed services remain payable.
Published content may not be immediately removable if already indexed, shared, cached, or distributed by third-party platforms.
16. Limitation of Liability
DesigngridStudios shall not be liable for:
- Failed property transactions.
- Incorrect information supplied by the Client.
- Lost business opportunities.
- Loss of profits.
- Reduced social media performance.
- Platform algorithm changes.
- Removal by social media platforms.
- Decisions made by prospective buyers or tenants.
The maximum liability of DesigngridStudios shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the relevant publishing service.
17. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DesigngridStudios, SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES, and their employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
- False or misleading property information.
- Copyright infringement.
- Trademark infringement.
- Privacy violations.
- Unauthorized use of content.
- Legal disputes concerning the property or its promotion.
18. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters.
- Government restrictions.
- Internet outages.
- Cybersecurity incidents.
- Platform outages.
- War.
- Civil unrest.
- Pandemics.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
20. Acceptance
By submitting property information, approving a quotation, making payment, or requesting publication on the Great Real Estate Properties by SAMAARAA platforms, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
